Ed : There are at least 3 buidings that were or are churches. St. Marys has the golden domes.The large building with the short steeple on the very left of the frame was previously Mt. Carmel. You can just make out the white steeple of St. Stanislaus at the far upper right, just below the trees.

Squirt : I'm just now home from work. Yes, still working and I love it. I work for the local government here as a Ranger. That's sort of like a dog catcher, meter maid, fire warden, litter marshall, and any other job that nobody else wants, lol

asahigaijin@ : To admin's question, no 1993. Wish I were young in 1993, thinking of 58 or 59 maybe. Of all the years I went to school in Barnesboro, that was only year school closed due to weather. Then, it wasn't even due to snow, it was so cold the high school (one on Chestnut) couldn't be kept warm, so they let us go home.

asahigaijin@ : Reminds me of days, when I was a kid and one big snow storm had resulted in big piles along this road.You could stand on top of pile and reach top of the old light posts they had at the time.
asahigaijin@ : Nice to see some snow. Nothing here in Maryland, except a dusting last week. Expect there is more on the ground at high elevations, Caroltown, maybe.
